The audited minute
What counts as an audited minute?
- The measured length of the recording the AI analysed. Billing runs on measured recording length, not on the dialer's figure with ring time in it. The invoice line matches a recording you replay.
What rate applies?
- Credits are billed per audited minute, at the rate on the plan. The rate is fixed for your account, so the audit bill moves only with the coverage you choose.
What happens when credits reach zero?
- Audits pause. Nothing is lost. Top up and audits resume the moment the balance is back.
Does the platform fee change when I audit more?
- No. The monthly fee covers the platform, users, storage and reports. Auditing more moves only the credits line.
